DROPPING OFF ITEMS

  • Turn onto the road just west of the church entrance (by the Garden Plaza sign).

  • Bring your items to the garage door in the parking lot on the north side of the gym.

    Please help our volunteers by organizing your items by gender and size before drop off!  

     

  • Each seller should package some items in at least one unmarked box (or a maximum of 2 unmarked boxes).

  • Please DO NOT write your seller number on the box.

  • Additional items should be brought in disposable trash bags.

  • There is no limit to the number of bags of items you may bring.

  • Do NOT bring items in plastic storage containers or boxes you want returned.

  • It is very difficult to ensure that your container is returned to you at the end of the sale.
     

PICKING UP YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS

  • All unsold items MUST be picked up after the sale on Sunday, April 10, 2022 from 2 - 4 p.m.

  • Due to the large number of sellers involved in the sale, we cannot accept items for donation after the sale has ended.

  • Failure to pick up unsold items will result in a $10 fee deducted from your profit.

  • In addition, you may not be able to be a seller at the next sale.

  • All items that are not picked up by 4 p.m. will be donated to the appropriate charity and you will not be reimbursed for those unsold items. 

  • Otherwise, you will be charged the fee for not picking up your unsold items.

DONATED CLOTHES

  • Only clothing is accepted for donation.

  • You must print a tag on color paper for clothes you wish to donate.

  • All white tag items will be returned to you at the end of the sale.
